Ever since I found these amazing sauce, at Assam House, Puchong, it became very handy every weekend whenever we want to cook anything.
Being a big fan of fish, obviously this present of sauce is the best souvenir ever!
Here I am steaming Golden Pomfret fish with the assam sauce which I also added garlic, sliced onion, tomatoes, ladies fingers and the secret ingredient of assam boi.
Other fish that were steamed with this sauce too:
I also stir fried sliced ladies fingers with spicy dried shrimp sauce which, recently, became a bonus addition for frying my favourite vegetables and also for marinating chicken!
