Since I am always in the hunt for sashimi every weekend, this time round I decided to try Hanuzen at SS15 after much deliberation as I thought the price was a bit expensive.

I ordered the beef which was made in such a way of being half-cooked and the result was great!

Sashimi is quite fresh, thick and bountiful here and it comes with plain udon soup. It is also complete with giant grilled scallop. The tempura was also amazing. I also like the Japanese styled salad.
