Han Woo Ri

It was my half day leave to settle some stuff together. After finishing it at 9.30 am on last Thursday, we went to USJ to mail the documents to KK and after some rest, came back to Taipan USJ to try Han Woo Ri Korean Set Lunch. Since it was lunch time, we had to waste RM 3.50 for parking at the terrible paid parking area to save time hunting for a car park. Han Woo Ri is located on the last floor on top of Old Town in USJ.

Kimchi Pork Soup (RM 18.90)

The kimchi soup here is one of the best, and can beat the one at Daorae which is a bit too salty for me. I like the flavoursome soup here that we finished every drop! The thin pork slices are used to cook the soup with Japanese tofu, kimchi, cabbage and a lot of Korean glass noodles.

Banchan

The banchan can only be refilled once and consists of typical kimchi, macaroni with mayonaise (yucks), spinach, ikan bilis with peanuts and also sausage with stir fried broccoli and cauliflower. Jonathan's favourite was the thinly sliced omelette with small bits of carrots inside.

Kimchi Fried Rice (RM 18.90)

This is one of the best Kimchi Fried Rice I have ever eaten. The rice is full of flavour of the kimchi and cooked so beautifully. There was a bull's eye egg on top, whereby popping it was great to accompany the rice. A korean cabbage soup is served as a side.

Every set comes with Korean green tea, watermelon and also cold sweet korean barley with red dates which cools off the body.
